Help build tattoo software that actually works for artists.
InkXed is inviting 100 tattoo artists to privately test the platform before launch. Explore it, try to break it, and tell us what works, what doesn't, and what's missing.

We want your experience—not your audience.
The Founding Artists Program is a private product-testing program. It is not a sponsorship, influencer campaign, affiliate program, or brand-ambassador offer.
We will never expect you to post about InkXed, promote the company, share discount codes, or recommend the app to your followers.
Your audience size does not matter. We are interested in your experience as a tattoo artist and your honest opinion about the product.
No posts. No promotion. No forced praise. Just honest testing and useful feedback.
Help shape InkXed—and receive more in return.
Full private-testing access
Explore every InkXed feature available during the private-testing period. There are no limited tester plans or sections locked behind an upgrade.
Early access to new features
Test new tools, workflows, and improvements before they are released publicly.
Five years of Founding Artist pricing
Founding Artists who complete the initial program requirements will receive discounted InkXed pricing for five years after paid public pricing begins.
The pricing model and exact discount have not been finalized. Feedback from Founding Artists will help InkXed establish pricing that is fair for working artists. Everything will be shared clearly before anyone is asked to pay.
Direct access to the founder
Ask questions, report problems, and share feedback directly without going through a generic support queue.
Help shape the product
Tell us what feels useful, confusing, unnecessary, or missing. Your workflow, feature requests, and feedback will directly inform InkXed's development.
Priority review of reported issues
Bugs and usability problems reported by Founding Artists will receive priority review during development.
Use it. Test it. Tell us the truth.
You do not need technical experience, and you do not need to say nice things about InkXed. We need you to explore the platform thoughtfully and tell us what actually happens.
- Complete the initial onboarding and testing checklist.
- Explore InkXed's main workflows using sample information.
- Report bugs, broken features, and unexpected behavior.
- Point out anything confusing, slow, or unnecessarily complicated.
- Suggest improvements based on how you actually run your business.
- Participate in occasional short surveys or feedback check-ins.
Initial testing will use sample information rather than real client data. Selected artists will receive complete testing instructions after signing the Founding Artist Agreement.
Artists who understand the day-to-day.
InkXed is looking for independent artists, private-studio owners, and artists working in small shops who understand what it takes to manage clients and keep a tattoo business running.
- Actively work as tattoo artists.
- Manage their own inquiries, bookings, clients, or payments.
- Are willing to spend time genuinely testing the platform.
- Feel comfortable providing direct, constructive feedback.
- Are open to trying new technology and new workflows.
- Will speak up when something does not make sense.
The program is open to US-based artists only. InkXed's payments and text messaging are built on US systems, so testing outside the United States would not reflect the product artists will actually use.
You do not need a large following or a technical background. Artists will be selected for their experience and ability to provide useful feedback—not their social-media reach.
Four steps, and no surprises.
Complete a short application telling us about yourself, your work, and how you currently manage your business.
Every application will be reviewed individually. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
Selected artists will receive the complete program details and a Founding Artist Agreement to review and sign.
Once the agreement is signed, selected artists will receive access, onboarding information, and instructions for the initial testing phase.
Participation is voluntary. Applying does not commit you to joining the program.
Help us build InkXed the right way.
If you understand the realities of running a tattoo business and are willing to test honestly, we would like to hear from you.
